So this morning I woke up and was awake really early, but struggling to open my eyes. I got up, enjoyed some fresh air whilst walking the dog, and have actually felt quite chipper all day. I've had some bounce again. The negative thoughts that still crop up in my mind haven't been sticking. So in all - this has been a better day than I've had in months. And yes, I'm aware it's meant to take weeks for my anti-depressant to have this affect. But really, I'm feeling better than I have since at least november and probably longer so I really don't care.
Am still drinking lots, but have been trying to monitor that since I didn't have a chance to buy any gatorade or anything today. Am also having moments where I just want to curl up and sleep for a week.
