Update

I'm back on a down again.

Argument with dave. Near to tears yesterday because was tired and overwhelmed. Been sleeping badly.

But hopefully it's reached a head and I can work on getting better again. Am still waiting for news after my GP appointment.

There's an empty hole in me right now and hopefully rest and me time will help fill it again.
